Twenty-Eighth Shower-[Action for Sora/Riku, Voice/Written/whatever for everybody else]

[Kairi, being the ~~Disney princess~~ sweet girl that she is, has woken up early around the crack of dawn Valentine's Day morning and gone out delivering little bags of cookies to the houses/businesses of people she knows well, and hell, maybe just even a few random people to make their day a little happier. Once she returns to her apartment, she first sneaks into Riku's room to drop off his present which consists of an even bigger bag of cookies and a small box of chocolates, along with a small new training sword.

After that, though, she has a new mission and she sneaks out of Riku's room and into Sora's. And why is she choosing to slip into Sora's bed and curl up next to him? Because a.) it's windy and cold outside this morning and b.) his reaction's probably going to be the best present she could get in the day.

Any replies, well, she'll get to those a little later in the day.]

You didn't have to get me anything else...[But she takes the box and opens it, obviously a bit eager to see what it is. Once she pulls out the music box, she just stares at it for a moment before winding it up and letting it play.]

...wow. [That's it, she's just going to sit there with the box in her lap and letting the tune play out wtf Sora this is beautiful.]

[And it plays through nearly a full go-round before his fidgeting gets the better of him and he has to ask.]

So do you like it?

[There's an enthusiastic nod before she carefully moves the box aside to hug him tightly]

I'm pretty sure your present kicks my present's butt. Sora, where do you even find these things?

[He's bundled in three blankets so it's going to be an awkward hug, but he'll return it the best he can.]

In the shop. They're just sitting there, and I thought you might like the way it sounded, so I picked it up.

[Awkward hug or not, it's the thought that counts]

You thought right...I love it. Thank you.

[He's definitely doing his best, the blankets just kind of get in the way.]

[And you make him grin, Kairi.] You're welcome, no problem.

[She may or may not move parts of those blankets out of the way so she can reach him easier] It's a beautiful song, really. [Reaching for the box again and winding it up, letting the tune play again]

Kinda reminded me of you, for some reason.

[Okay, so he'll lean his head against hers to watch the music box, then.]

Yeah? [She turns her head slightly to look at him] Why's that?

[He shrugs just a little.] I don't know, it just did.

[At least he got this right.]

...[Yup, here, just a kiss because ♥♥♥]

[...Well he's not gonna argue with that. He'll kiss back - he does enjoy kissing her, after all.]

[Well she should hope so, otherwise kissing would suck. But she'll break away after a few minutes and continue to tinker with the music box] Perfect.

[It would indeed. He'll just keep leaning on her, and put up an arm over her shoulders.]

Good. Now I don't need to worry until your birthday!

Well that's one way to look at it, yeah.

[He's not gonna stop grinning.] Come on, thinking of stuff to get you is hard. You're too good for all those normal things.

Too good huh? Now I think you're just sucking up. [She's grinning though even when she pokes him in the cheek]

[Ack! He'll dodge that hand, still grinning.] Hey, I mean it! I didn't wanna get you flowers or something 'cause everyone does that. I mean, that's just boring, right?

I would have liked those even if they were boring. It's the thought, right? [But she's still gripping that music box a little big tighter] This is way better though.

Yeah, but you... need better than boring. So I... tried to find it, I guess. [Is that a little red? Yes, juuuuust a little.]

...that's...really sweet. You succeeded, definitely. [SORA STOP BEING PRECIOUS. Maybe cuddling up to him closer]
