Well okay then, that was fun. I think this kind of stuff needs to happen more often, right?

So, guess that means things go back to "normal" for a while. What's next? Christmas? Looks like the snow's already starting.

At least tell me everybody had some fun last week. I know I enjoyed it, but...well, what am I supposed to do with this? I don't think having a keychain's going to help without the Keyblade.

Yeah, but I'm still wearing my shoes and everything.

[Why does he still have the Keyblade out? Sora swaps the keychain back for the Sleeping Lion and lets it go.]

[Rolls her eyes but she takes the keychain again, stuffing it in her pocket] Okay. Too bad I can't see if it works with mine.

[Well it was given to her for a reason, right? Even if the reason was just that John's a troll. And Sora's got plenty of his own anyway. But right now he'll grin and reach over to take her hand.] You'll get it one day, Kairi. I know it.

[Grins and laces her fingers with his briefly] One day. It has to come back, right?

Right! And we'll train you with it so you and me and Riku can go have more adventures once we get home.

[And he'll squeeze her hand a little before letting go, because awkward turtle if Riku walked in. That stuff is best away from the apartment.]

Not that we'd leave you behind if you didn't, but it'll be fun for all three of us to use them, right?

Do we want more adventures once we get home though?

[Yeahhh very true. She's kind of thinking the same thing so she doesn't mind when he lets go.]

I guess it'd be a good thing.

[Exactly why he let go. And have a shrug, Kairi.] If we can choose them. You know, if we can go and come back by ourselves. I don't think the King'd mind us having a gummi ship, and since we're the Keyblade masters, if something happens, we'll probably have to go, right?

[And then he'll grin.] Besides, we've gotta show you all the worlds you didn't see! You and Belle would get along great.

Yeah, that'd be nice if we could always come back whenever we wanted. I guess you have a point, we'd have to go if the worlds needed us.

Who's Belle?

Belle's a friend of the Beast! Or probably more than a friend now, but she's great. Have you met Xaldin? She elbowed him in the stomach and escaped when he tried to kidnap her.

She sounds pretty awesome, just for that.

She is, you'd really like her. And Mulan and Elizabeth and Ariel and Meg and... [He'll stop there, grinning a little sheepishly.] I met a lot of people, sorry.

Sounds that way...and they all helped?

Uh-huh. Couldn't've got through it without them.

[That's his secret, really - it's not anything he does, much, people just want to help him.]

That's good to know at least.

[Grins again.] And hey, you could be a mermaid for real!

We'll take you to Atlantica, and you'll have to be. I had to be part dolphin there and it was really fun.

[Yes Kairi, that does mean shirtless. Your costume was a very excellent replica of undersea life.]

Part dolphin, huh? I definitely need to see that sometime. Did Riku ever go to Atlantica?

I don't... know. He didn't say he had, at least, but he was awake that year that I was asleep in Twilight Town. He probably went a lot of places I didn't.

I'd say we should ask, but he wouldn't remember.

Yeah. I mean, he started to tell me about a lot of stuff, but it was what, maybe two days at home before this place? For me, at least. And we were gone for almost two years and he didn't sleep through half of it.

We'll have to ask him when we get home then.

We will. We'll have a lot to explain, too.
