[Hey. How ya doing? Are you out in the village today? Then you might notice a certain redhead dressed a bit differently than her usual attire running through the village with a satchel at her side. She darts around a corner, hiding for a few minutes before peering around to make sure she's not being followed and she sneaks back out into the middle of the village square. She'll be wandering around, casually glancing for new places to hide and guarding that satchel.]

Welllll...looks like the brothers just couldn't keep up. [She'll pat her satchel, making sure her prize is still inside.] Guess that means I'll hold onto this for safe keeping.

This place just got a little busier, didn't it?

[Perfect for an attempt to blend in, in fact. So you may run into her as she's prowling the village, also making sure there aren't any wanted posters. Oh, and don't mind her trying to get her smolder on around you fine people. Who knows, maybe on her walk she'll accidentally run into a princess or three, or even the authorities.

Let's hope it's not the palace guards.]

...yeah sure. [She'll just let him take it and watch because she's curious what he's planning on doing to it.]

[He'll take the poster and then start to doodle on it. After about a minute he turns it around, a little disappointed, having given her a very large bulbous nose.]

Noses are harder to draw than they look.

It's just food... you can look inside if you don't believe me.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa, hey! Slow down, there! [ His hands are up in a placating gesture. But he seems to relax, now that it's clear she's not doing this voluntarily. ] The name's Flynn. Surprised you don't know that already. [ .... grin. ] And I'm going to guess, what, three? And that they were all called Maximus. But listen, that's not important. What is important is that for now? You're me. And that means you [ he jabs a finger at her ] ... have a job to do. And that job is called "maintaining Flynn's reputation and not making him look ridiculous."

... Yeah. [their house is something of a safer haven from the experiment, but a kid's gotta get fresh air every once in a while.]

...it's not that big either. [She'll just sigh and take it back, crumpling it up and shoving it in the satchel.]

[She just huffs a little.] I'm Kairi. Nice to meet you, I think. [She's still not too thrilled with this story because the horses man.] Something like that. One of them seemed to be able to fly though.

That's kind of a lame job. Besides, I have my own job to do and it involves this [She holds up her satchel, since Flynn seems to know] and keeping it to myself.

It looks like I'm just not an artist. Too bad.

[And, sure enough, in the basket is a loaf of bread and a hunk of cheese... that's been carved into the shape of a fish. Yep, Emil is still Emil underneath that silly cloak.]

... funny, I don't remember Max being able to fly. [ Mental list of things to look out for: duly noted. One eyebrow goes sharply up at her dig. ] Hey, it's not lame! It's the greatest job ever. Besides, what's even in there? If it's a tiara, you know it's not worth anything here, so it's kind of pointless.

I mean, I'm not even a palace guard. And since when do I carry a weapon around? I don't need it.

[She motions for him to come closer before opening the satchel and revealing a tiara.] See why you have to keep quiet?

...okay. But don't go giving it to everybody else. [Flynnigan Kairi still has Kairi's trusting nature, even though she's skeptical of what Ling's really going to do. But she'll pull out another flyer and hand it over.]

... thaaaat doesn't sound like Max to me. [ Definitely some other clowns getting in on the act, here. Still, he raises a brow. ] Seriously, what do you care? You're not me. And unless you're normally a thief? What's the big deal about a fake tiara that isn't worth anything anyway? [ Eyebrow arch. ]
